100-Hour Inspection

Required for aircraft used for hire or flight instruction.

Service Details

For aircraft operated for hire or flight training, 100-hour inspections are required by the FAA. Our team performs these inspections efficiently to minimize your aircraft's downtime. Our deep familiarity with the aircraft we operate daily means we know exactly what to look for.

All items required under FAR Part 43 Appendix D (same scope as annual)
Engine compression check on all cylinders
Oil change and filter cut-open inspection
Spark plug removal, inspection, and re-gap or replacement
Induction air filter inspection and cleaning
Flight control and trim system check
Logbook entry and return-to-service sign-off
