Service Details

From routine engine maintenance to full overhauls, our mechanics are experienced with Lycoming and Continental piston engines. We perform top overhauls, cylinder replacements, compression checks, and complete engine overhauls — keeping your powerplant healthy and reliable.

Typical Turnaround

Varies — compression check same day; top overhaul 3–5 days; full overhaul 2–4 weeks

Cylinder compression check (differential compression test)
Borescope inspection of cylinder walls and valves
Top overhaul: cylinder removal, honing, valve grinding, re-ring
Full overhaul: complete disassembly, inspection, and reassembly to new limits
Magneto timing check and adjustment
Fuel injector or carburetor service
Engine mount and baffling inspection
Post-maintenance ground run and leak check
